Why is there a difference in pricing between an Individual Student and an Educational Institution?

An Individual Student account is designed for self-study, without teacher oversight or personalized guidance.

An Educational Institution account, on the other hand, is designed for groups of students and includes teacher involvement. Institutions need to provide class lists, including both teachers and students, allowing teachers to monitor and support their students' progress.

As a result, the setup and management of Educational Institution accounts require more resources, which is reflected in the pricing.

I forgot my username and/or password. How do I resolve this issue?

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to reset your password.

What are the system requirements?

There are no specific system requirements. Our platform is entirely web-based, so you can access it just like any other website, without the need for downloads or plugins.

Is the platform compatible with all devices?

Yes, our platform is fully optimized for all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. This ensures a seamless and consistent user experience, regardless of the device you choose to access it from.

How can I register my students?

To register students, simply create a CSV or Excel file with the following columns: username, password, first name, last name, email, and course. Upload the file to quickly enroll your students on the platform.

Is it necessary for my students to have an email address?

Students need a username in an email format to log in, but it doesn’t have to be a valid email address. We won't send any emails to these addresses; however, if they need to retrieve their passwords, they will require a valid email.

Can I control which levels my students have access to?

Yes, you can manage student access levels by specifying the course assignments in the cohort file during registration. This ensures that students are granted access only to the courses and levels you designate, allowing for tailored educational experiences and streamlined class management.

Can I control if my students have access to correct answers after exercises?

Access to correct answers varies by test type. Default tests typically provide full feedback, including correct answers, to aid in learning. However, some password-protected tests are designed to withhold correct answers to maintain the integrity of assessments. You can review and adjust these settings based on your specific requirements and testing protocols.

How can I track my students' progress?

For Educational Institution accounts, you can monitor student progress using the comprehensive Grades dashboard. This tool provides detailed reports on both individual and group performance, allowing you to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

For Individual Student accounts, progress tracking focuses on personal achievements and performance analytics. Students can access their own progress metrics and milestones directly through their dashboard, facilitating self-assessment and goal setting.

Are there any additional costs associated with the platform?

All essential features and tools are included in the standard subscription fee. There are no hidden fees or extra charges for core functionalities. If there are any optional services or premium features, they will be clearly outlined and offered as separate add-ons.

What should I do if I encounter technical issues with the platform?

For technical issues, first try refreshing your browser or clearing the cache. If the problem continues, contact your teacher for support. Individual Student account holders can consult the FAQs on our contact page.
